How to use InkToAudio

A complete, plain-English guide for turning your writing into studio-quality audio and distributing it as a podcast. Every feature is explained step by step — no technical knowledge required.

Privacy & your account

The content you forward is private to your account. We strip out personal details — greetings, unsubscribe footers, and tracking — before turning the text into audio, and your items are not shared with anyone unless you share a link yourself.

Your listening address is like a password

Anyone who has your private forwarding address can send content to your inbox. Keep it to yourself, and if it ever leaks, Regenerate it from the inbox card to issue a fresh one — the old address stops working immediately. See the Individual plans page for details.

Shared links

When you share an item, anyone with the link can listen without an account. If you need to make a shared link unavailable, delete the item.

Delete your account

In the iOS app: go to Settings → Account → Delete account. This removes your items, forwarding address, and sign-in.
On the web: email support@inboxtoaudio.app from your account address and we will delete your account and data.

Deletion is permanent

Deleting your account removes your audio, your listening address, and your sign-in. It cannot be undone.
